Questions Before You Join?

Everything you need to know before choosing your Coven plan.

Every Coven box is packed with 9+ full-size spooky goodies worth £50+,  handpicked around a different theme each month.

Expect a mix of homeware, jewellery, accessories, beauty & self-care,  stationery, collectibles and Coven exclusives — with something different to discover in every box.

And the best bit? It stays a surprise. We never reveal the full box before it arrives.

We dispatch Coven boxes on the 10th of each month (or the next working day if the 10th falls on a weekend or bank holiday).

UK boxes are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive by the 12/13th. You’ll receive tracking details when your box is dispatched.

Outside the UK? International delivery takes a little longer and can vary depending on your location and local customs.

Your first payment is taken when you sign up, then your subscription renews monthly on the same date you originally joined.

Choose our Monthly Plan at £34.99/month for the flexibility to cancel anytime, or our 6-Month Commitment at £32/month with a minimum commitment of 6 boxes.

It depends on the plan you choose:

• Monthly Plan: You can cancel anytime before your next renewal.

• 6-Month Commitment: This has a minimum commitment of 6 monthly boxes, so it can’t be cancelled during the initial commitment period.
After your 6th box, your subscription continues monthly and you can cancel anytime before your next renewal.

If you’d prefer complete flexibility from the start, we recommend choosing the Monthly Plan.
